But, if this happens, don't worry: our Exchange and Return Policy aims primarily to establish a relationship of trust with our Customers, allowing the return of the item in the event of a defect in the manufacturing or leather, or even if the item did not meet expectations. Below are the main topics to be considered to make your purchase a smooth and reliable action:

  1. The deadline to request the exchange or return of the purchased product is up to 7 calendar days after receiving it.

  2. Defects in the manufacturing or material (leather) will be resolved with: 
    - Exchange for a new item;
    - A gift voucher of the same value to be used within 6 months on the website;
    - Full refund of the amount paid.

  3. In the event of regret with the purchase, the same options as in item 2 are valid.

  4. Customized Products: Exchanges and returns will only be accepted for customized products if there are manufacturing defects.

Essential condition for exchange/return: the item must have the sales tag intact and still attached to the product. Without the tag, the request will be refused and the product returned to the buyer.
